Released to streaming services in March 2026, Exhale On Maine St, (yes, there is a Maine St), is a nod to the Mick Taylor era of the Stones, is the second Dooryarders album. CDs are on the way in April 2026.  Exhale is a collection of 10 songs, all recorded at The Dooryard, our studio.

Here are one-liners (or so) about these songs:

Go For a Ride is an upbeat rocker about taking chances.

Sugah is about somebody.  You know who you are.  It is a swampy, blues number.

Use Me is about relationships, not the good kind. The song is funky like relationships can be.

Cheap-ass Wine is a true story. Don’t let this happen to you, or do.  You might wind up like Bill either way.

Blind Spot is about missing things that you should see.

3 O’Clock in the Morning… existential angst.

One More Song was written by Word, an autobiography.

Not For Sale is about you.

Rosie O’Grady Blues (Live in the Dooryard) is an old song Word wrote with a friend in California. It is a crowd favorite when we play live and this is a live in the studio version.

Bottle of Beer is about getting away from dark thoughts. Also recorded live in the studio.

Released on streaming services October 20, 2023, and on CD March 1, 2024, Best Laid Plans is a collection of 10 original songs about true gritty life experiences: some happy, some sad. The tracks have been streaming around the world, played on podcasts and internet and FM terrestrial radio stations, and the CD spent 6 weeks on the Bull Moose Local Artist Top 10 (data from Crooked Cove).
